Joyce Duffin is the unitary councillor for Mount Hawke and Portreath on Cornwall Council.
Joyce Duffin is a former Kerrier District Councillor and has been a strong campaigner in her home town of Portreath, where she helped to win funding for the refurbishment of a local children’s playground.
Joyce lives in Portreath with her husband and two children. She regularly attends St Mary’s Church and is a member of Portreath Surf Life Saving Club. When she is not at council meetings, Joyce is a childminder and looks after her children. Prior to being a councillor, Joyce worked at Pirate FM for five years.
